The biggest drawback is they are NOT dishwasher safe and it is NOT marked on the package. I would definately recommend these but again, do not put them in the dishwasher, they will rust the first time. We have had other skewers, but since these are slightly wider, the meat and vegetables remain in place, which makes it easier to grill the food evenly.
