    I purchsed this mat along with the Toaster Oven Silpat trimmed in red so that I would have separate mats for sweet and savory to prevent any off taste. Both of these mats fit my Nordic Ware Quarter Pan perfectly and works great in my RV oven. No more sticking and easy to clean and store. I just roll each of them up and place each in an empty paper towel tube and they store nicely in a drawer.

    These work great! Much easier than using parchment paper. Clean up is a snap and absolutely no sticking!
